Privacy Policy
Football Club Sim 26 ("the game", "we", "us") is a single-player game that runs on your device, together with this marketing website. This policy covers both and explains what data we do and do not handle.
The short version
The game is single-player and plays fully offline. It does not require an account and does not connect to our servers. We do not collect, transmit, sell or share your personal data - not for marketing, and not for any other purpose. We run no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, in the game or on this website. The one exception is in-app purchases, which are processed by Apple and our payments provider - explained below.
Data stored on your device
Your career stays on your device. The game saves your progress - your save slots, clubs, squads, results, settings, honours and records - locally on your iPhone using on-device storage. It never leaves the device, is never sent to us, and is not accessible to us. Deleting the app removes it.
In-app purchases
The game is free to start and offers optional in-app purchases (a one-time Full Game unlock and optional Club Credits packs). Purchases are the only feature that uses the network.
- Payment is handled entirely by Apple via the App Store / StoreKit. We never see or receive your card details, Apple Account credentials, or billing information.
- To deliver what you bought and to support "Restore Purchases", we use RevenueCat, a third-party purchase-management provider. When you make or restore a purchase, RevenueCat processes your purchase and transaction history and an app-generated device identifier used to validate the App Store receipt. This is used only to provide the purchase functionality - unlocking the Full Game and crediting Club Credits.
- This purchase data is not used for advertising or tracking, is not linked to an account (there is no account), and is not sold or shared for marketing. RevenueCat acts as our processor; its handling is governed by its own privacy policy.
- Club Credits are fixed-value items - there are no randomised or loot-box rewards - and purchased credits do not expire.
App Store metadata
When you download the game, Apple provides us with standard, aggregated App Store Connect reports - for example download counts, territories, device and operating-system breakdowns, and crash diagnostics. This information is collected and controlled by Apple, is shown to us only in aggregate, and is not used by us to identify you. Apple's handling of it is governed by Apple's own privacy policy. We add no analytics, telemetry or tracking of our own.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
- No cookies - in the game or on this website.
- No analytics or telemetry of our own.
- No advertising, and no advertising identifier (no IDFA, no ATT prompt).
- No third-party tracking scripts or SDKs. The only third-party SDK in the app is the purchase provider described above, used solely to deliver in-app purchases.
Selling or sharing your data
We never sell, rent or share your personal data - not for marketing and not for any other purpose. The game keeps your gameplay on your device, and we do not operate accounts or servers that hold it.
This website
This is a static marketing site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and loads no third-party fonts or trackers - everything it needs is served from the site itself.
Children's privacy
The game is rated for general audiences and collects no personal data, so it does not knowingly collect information from children or anyone else. In-app purchases are handled through the App Store, where Apple's parental controls and Ask to Buy apply.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
