What is Challenge Mode?
A set of hand-crafted scenarios played on the same live match engine, with brutal starts like a points deduction, a fire-sale or a relegation fight, each with one clear objective to beat. Two are free to try, and the other 19 come with the one-time Full Game unlock. Winning earns honours and a shareable victory card, never an in-game advantage.
Do I play the matches or just watch?
You manage every match live. Set the formation, XI and tactics, then steer the game across both halves, making substitutions, changing your approach and giving team talks while a real 2D match plays out minute by minute.
Which leagues can I manage in?
Eight leagues across Europe. England's top two tiers plus the top flights of Spain, Italy, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Portugal, each with a full fixture list and promotion and relegation between divisions.
Does it need an internet connection?
The solo game is offline. Your whole career runs on your iPhone or iPad with no connection needed. The only online part is optional Multiplayer Leagues, where a few friends play one shared season together, plus in-app purchases through the App Store.
Can I play with friends?
Yes, through optional Multiplayer Leagues. One player creates a private league with an invite code, a few friends join and each manages their own club, and you all play one shared season in the same world. It needs the Full Game unlock and a connection; the rest of the game stays fully offline and single-player.
Are the club and player names real?
Football Club Sim 27 is an independent game and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, club or organisation. Names are text-only with no crests or logos, and a Generic Names setting swaps every league, club and player name for a fictional one.
Do you collect my data?
No accounts, no analytics, no tracking. Your career is saved on your device and never sent to us. The only data involved is the purchase record Apple and our payments provider handle when you make an in-app purchase.
Can I run more than one save?
Yes. With the Full Game unlock you can run several careers in multiple save slots, take new jobs on the job market, and keep your honours and records as you climb.

Yes. Football Club Sim 27 is built around the 2026/27 season, with eight European leagues and up-to-date squads, so every career and Multiplayer League starts from a fresh 2026/27 campaign.
Is FC Sim 2027 the same game as Football Club Sim 27?
